We offer you the opportunity to choose between two types of delivery:
• either by alocal postal carrier(for European countries only)–the most economical but delivery of your parcel takes longer • or byChronopost or DHL (express delivery but slightly higher cost).
We work with a group of postal operators - IMX International. IMX transports your parcels in all European countries by selecting the most appropriate postal rates and the most efficient postal operators. In order to offer you competitive rates (or free delivery depending on your point of delivery), the delivery time of your package will be a little longer than if you had chosen the Chronopost or DHL delivery option.
When ordering, carefully fill in the delivery address and please indicate a correct phone number where we can reach you easily.
Chronopost and local postal operators require this statement to ensure a flawless service delivery. CHARLET / Mario BERTULLI and the transporter accept no liability for late delivery if the customer's phone number is not properly mentioned.
All orders placed before noon and paid by credit card will be processed and shipped the same day (subject to product availability in the desired size), this means that your parcel will be given to the carrier you would have selected during your order. All orders received on Friday after 12pm will be processed on Monday morning.Depending on your delivery location, and receipt and confirmation of your payment, it takes:
To France / Monaco:24-48 hours with Chronopost and 3 to 5 working days with Colissimo
To European Union countries : 2-3 working days with Chronopost-DHL and 3-7 working days with a local carrier
Outside the European Union: 5 to 15 working days depending on your location and the selected carrier. It can also depend on how quickly the local customs department processes to deliver your order.
Please note carefully that deliverie to Russia can take 1 month beacause of the Russian customs.

Areas and delivery fees
Attention: For orders delivered outside the European Union, it may be that import of the packages into the country of delivery will be subject to customs fees. Unfortunately, these duties depend exclusively on customs of the country of delivery and we cannot either pay them or include them in your bill. We recommend that you check with your customs office to determine the amount of these duties.
